Dr. Jacob Graca is a Western New York native passionate about thoughtful, patient-centered dental care. He creates a welcoming environment and brings warmth and genuine focus to every patient interaction, with the goal of treating his patients like family and building lasting relationships. Known for his calm demeanor and attentive listening, he strives to understand each patient’s goals and concerns.
Dr. Graca was selected for the University at Buffalo’s highly competitive seven-year accelerated dental program, completing his undergraduate studies in biology as a member of the University Honors College before entering dental school. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree magna cum laude, with advanced concentrations in prosthodontics and periodontics and research honors for his thesis on 3D printing dental prosthetics.
He furthered his clinical training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Long Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Southern California, one of the nation’s strongest programs for implant training. There, he cared for U.S. veterans with complex medical and dental needs and gained advanced experience in restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures. After practicing in California, he chose to return home to Western New York to serve the community where he grew up. In practice, he most enjoys comprehensive cases including dental implants, cosmetic and functional prosthetic rehabilitations, clear aligner orthodontics, and root canal therapy, always combining precision with patient comfort.
Dr. Graca is committed to lifelong learning, regularly pursuing continuing education to stay current with modern techniques and technology. He is also actively involved in organized dentistry as a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Eighth District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has participated in advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C., Albany, and Sacramento to support policies that benefit both patients and the dental profession.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Chara, as well as staying active outdoors, traveling, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
